For our residential group at the Adlergarten Retirement Home, which offers a well-kept home to around 160 residents, we are looking for a competent and cheerful personality to start immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until approx. the end of October 2026 with a prospect of permanent employment. Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key worker system
- Responsible for a contemporary nursing process
- Analysing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Contributing to the development of nursing quality and the residential group
- Working in early, late and night shifts
Your Profile
- Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH
- High social competence, teamwork, flexibility and resilience
- Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style
- Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
- Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably also RAI knowledge)
