How you inspire
- You are jointly responsible with the team for the professional leadership and further development of topics related to customer interaction
- You identify the training needs in customer interaction and design as well as coordinate the necessary measures
- You drive the strategic change in sales forward, are responsible for the sales dialogue with targeted exchange platforms and develop transfer measures as well as exchange forums including success measurement
- You design and define future-oriented and differentiating standards regarding consulting aids/tools together with the team and implement them in interdisciplinary teams
- You are responsible for the further development and ensuring the consistent application of the consulting and support process
What you bring
- You have several years of professional experience in consulting on banking topics and have completed advanced business management training
- You think networked, bring conceptual experience and have a confident handling of stakeholders as a team player
- You have experience in project transfer as well as designing training measures for the development of sales employees
- You think entrepreneurially and understand the current challenges in customer interaction and sales
- You are an empathetic and inspiring personality with pronounced communication and motivation skills as well as pioneering spirit
