IT System Manager Software (m/f/d) 100%

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an initiative personality for the Aarau location immediately or by arrangement as IT System Manager Software / IT System Manager.
Your tasks
- You manage the operational databases and software and are responsible for their further development and updating
- You implement system adjustments technically and in cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
- You analyze errors in systems and develop a solution in collaboration with suppliers
- You support and train users as part of 2nd-level support
- You coordinate acceptance tests during commissioning and changes and plan, install, and maintain Oracle and MS-SQL server databases
- You take over support of operational databases and systems and assist IT support with general fault reports from 1st and 2nd-level support
- You take on IT project tasks or work in IT projects
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ, application development or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience in the IT field
- Proven experience in managing and further developing databases and software as well as in-depth knowledge of database technologies, Kubernetes, and Linux
- Experience in administration of Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft Client Windows 11 and cloud e.g. Azure Functions
- Customer-oriented and independent working style as well as high personal responsibility, good communication skills, and enjoyment in consulting and knowledge transfer
