Plant Operator in 3-Shift Operation (Confection Team)

Location: Sins | Starting date: by arrangement

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Operating, loading, and monitoring conventional production systems
• Operating, loading, and monitoring complex, automated production systems
• Performing quality checks and documenting the data
• Independent handling and execution of orders according to production documents
• Independent troubleshooting of minor malfunctions and simple maintenance work
• Material transport with forklift truck
• Assisting with revision work

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (carpenter, joiner, or other manual profession is an advantage)
• Experience in setting up and adjusting production systems (mechanical aptitude)
• Clean, careful, and independent working style
• SUVA-recognized forklift license (tow tractor) is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (able to read and understand work instructions)
• Good Excel skills are an advantage
• For this role, mobility (shift times) as well as experience and willingness for the 3-shift model are required: Early 05:00-13:00 / Night 21:00-05:00 / Late 13:00-21:00
