RIS/PACS Support Manager

We are looking for our client for an IT application support manager specialized in medical imaging (RIS, PACS, image publishing, etc.). A major project to implement a new RIS (Radiology Information System – Xplore from EDL) started at the end of last year to replace the current RIS – Radoffice, and will require strong involvement of internal resources.

Support and Operations:

• Ensure continuous system availability for users while respecting security standards.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support, analyze incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
• Monitor and coordinate interventions with suppliers and partners.
• Perform product configurations according to user requests.
• Carry out regular technical checks to ensure system performance and availability.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar position.

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Mastery of SQL for data analysis and manipulation, report production, and incident diagnosis.
• Knowledge of networking.
• Organization, rigor, and proactivity.
• Ability to learn independently and discipline.
• Stress resistance and ability to manage complex situations.

• Experience in a similar position within a hospital or clinic.
• Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS standards.
• Familiarity with HL7, Jira, Xray, EasyVista.
