We are looking for our client for an IT application support manager specialized in medical imaging (RIS, PACS, image publishing, etc.). A major project to implement a new RIS (Radiology Information System – Xplore from EDL) started at the end of last year to replace the current RIS – Radoffice, and will require strong involvement of internal resources.
Support and Operations:
- Ensure continuous system availability for users while respecting security standards.
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support, analyze incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor and coordinate interventions with suppliers and partners.
- Perform product configurations according to user requests.
- Carry out regular technical checks to ensure system performance and availability.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Mastery of SQL for data analysis and manipulation, report production, and incident diagnosis.
- Knowledge of networking.
- Organization, rigor, and proactivity.
- Ability to learn independently and discipline.
- Stress resistance and ability to manage complex situations.
