About the job

Professional leadership of the supervisors: You professionally lead the day teams with about 20 supervisory staff. You support the employees in their work and intervene professionally in case of incidents. You monitor compliance with regulations and enforce them.

Coordination of daily operations: You coordinate the daily business in the museum and ensure smooth operation. You are responsible for various organizational tasks. You are the link at the operationally relevant interfaces in the museum.

Opening and closing of the museum: You work alternately in all three buildings (main building, extension building, contemporary) and are responsible for their opening and closing. You report to the Head of Supervision.

Experience: Professional experience in a museum as well as experience in team leadership are advantageous.

Personality: You have a neat appearance, a friendly demeanor, and good communication skills. An impeccable reputation completes your profile. Maximum flexibility or willingness to work on weekends is mandatory.

Education: You have completed vocational training.

Language: Very good German skills are mandatory, English and French at level B1 are desired.
