At our emerging VOI Migros Partner branch in Othmarsingen, we are looking for a Deputy Managing Director. You are the driving force in our team, shaping customer relationships and optimising processes. With your commitment, you make shopping an unforgettable experience for our customers.

What you will achieve

• You advise and serve our customers with joy and your expertise
• An appealing product presentation, ensuring availability and stock management are important to you
• In the absence of the management, you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the branch
• You are responsible for order and cleanliness in the work area
• Quality and data control are part of your duties
• You actively work in all specialist areas
• You ensure smooth processes at the tills

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: Retail with a focus on food and luxury goods
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in retail in a supermarket
• As a customer-oriented personality with joy in sales, you make shopping a positive experience
• You bring reliability, flexibility and a high level of commitment
• Your independence and efficient as well as precise way of working distinguish you
• You are willing to work flexible shifts (excluding Sundays/public holidays) and Saturdays
• German (C1)
