Employee Hotel Service (Hourly Wage Basis) 40 - 80%

To strengthen our team in the hotel service area on our wards with hotel service, we are looking immediately until approximately July 31, 2026 - with the option of permanent employment - for you as

• Performing hotel service activities: advising patients on meal orders, meal service, room rounds, and orders on the wards
• Supporting and providing service around patients in cooperation with the nursing staff
• Responsibility for a flawless overall appearance on the wards
• Targeted cleaning tasks
• Ensuring and adhering to hygiene guidelines
• Assisting with events of all kinds within the PDAG
• Conducting quality controls

• Completed vocational training in hotel management
• At least 3 - 4 years of professional experience in service, preferably in healthcare
• Willingness to work irregular hours as well as weekend and holiday shifts
• Friendly, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented host personality
• High customer orientation and personal responsibility
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good knowledge of German
