Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a motivated person for our finance team in Montlingen from May 2026 or by arrangement as

CREDITOR ACCOUNTING CLERK (M/F/D) 80%

Your tasks:

• Operational processing from invoice receipt to payment (creditors)

• Processing of incoming invoices (paper format and electronic) in the workflow

• Preparation of the weekly payment run

• Monitoring of travel expense accounts and support with travel expense reports

• Deputizing for accounts receivable accounting

• Supervision of apprentices in the creditor department

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and OR

• Participation in asset accounting and other projects

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training as well as further training as an accounting clerk or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience in the financial accounting area of an international company

• Structured, precise and independent way of working

• Strong communication skills and confident appearance

• Very good German and good English skills are required

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP
