Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us

• You lead and coordinate the accounting team operationally and ensure the high quality of our financial processes
• You are responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (US GAAP and OR)
• You actively manage projects to simplify and automate our accounting processes and continuously develop them
• You are responsible for the operational implementation of the internal control system (ICS) and ensure compliance
• You take responsibility for the operational accounting processes, especially accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and inventory accounting, as well as the general ledger

These strengths you bring

• You have a completed degree (Finance, Accounting, Controlling) or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in finance and accounting
• You bring at least 7 years of experience in the accounting department of an international company or an auditing or consulting firm.
• You have excellent knowledge of US GAAP and OR as well as experience with ERP and reporting tools
• You are an analytically strong, structured personality with a pronounced affinity for numbers and have successfully implemented digitization projects
• You convince with operational leadership skills, high resilience, initiative, and strong communication skills
• You communicate fluently in German and English
