Social Worker at kjz Dietikon fixed-term 80%The Office for Youth and Career Counseling Canton Zurich, office of the districts Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, is a cantonal competence center that offers professional support in the areas of family/youth and career counseling. The Child and Youth Welfare Center (kjz) is a counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children as well as toddlers and works on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
For our kjz team in Dietikon, we are looking for a social worker as a maternity cover from September 1, 2026, or by arrangement, limited until the end of September 2027.

Tasks
You advise and accompany children, adolescents, and parents within the framework of child protection measures in case management as well as on a voluntary basis. In addition, you conduct clarifications in case of suspected child welfare endangerment on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authorities (KESB). You fulfill your tasks in cooperation with family systems, authorities, schools, as well as other institutions and specialist offices.
Profile
You have a degree in Social Work (FH) and bring experience in youth and family assistance. We are looking for a solution-oriented and resilient personality with high social skills, an appreciative attitude, and joy in teamwork. Administrative tasks as well as the preparation of reports and file notes are easy for you.
