To complement and strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Maintenance Service Employee 100%
starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement for the Road Inspectorate.
Your main tasks
- Operational and structural maintenance of public roads, sidewalks, bike paths, and squares
- Maintenance, care, and upkeep of various facilities in public spaces, e.g., barbecue areas, bus shelters, public waste containers, benches, etc.
- Assistance at market events, e.g., setting up and clearing market stalls, flagging at festivals, etc.
- Participation in winter service including general on-call duty
- Assistance with cleaning work in public spaces for a clean city and lakeside area, including weekends, Sundays, and public holidays
- Assignments for all tasks in the Road Inspectorate and depot
You bring with you
- Completed training, e.g., as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (work service), road builder EFZ, landscape gardener EFZ, or an equivalent craft or construction-related training
- Driver's license category B, ideally BE or willingness to obtain it
- Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible working style
- Skill and experience in handling vehicles, machines, and equipment
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, Sundays, and public holidays
- Residence in the nearby area, ideally with about max. 30 minutes commuting time
