Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified certified nursing specialist HF/FH for the recovery room/day clinic area. In this responsible role, you will make a significant contribution to safe, competent, and empathetic care of our patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Your responsibilities:

You professionally prepare patients for procedures and provide comprehensive information about the process and relevant safety aspects
You ensure professional and close postoperative monitoring and care in the recovery room
You act quickly, safely, and appropriately in postoperative complications or emergency situations
You maintain careful, complete, and legally compliant documentation of all nursing interventions
You work cooperatively and solution-oriented with surgeons, anesthetists, and other professionals in the interdisciplinary team
You consistently adhere to all clinic guidelines, processes, and safety standards

Qualifications

Certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
Professional experience in recovery room or perioperative nursing
High clinical assessment competence and pronounced diligence in documentation
Resilient, reliable, and efficient in dynamic situations
Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
Team player, strong communication skills, and committed to continuous education
Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
