Maintenance Technician, Building

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Maintenance/Building Technician.

This position offers varied and interesting work at a production site with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily building-related tasks such as: maintenance of outdoor green spaces / parking lots / roofing. Preparation of meeting rooms. Painting work. Furniture assembly. Repairs: water taps / doors / others.
• Work planning: follow, respect, and enforce.
• Management of keys and security passes.
• Administrative tasks for the Building: Requesting prices and deadlines / Preparing orders / Monitoring deliveries.
• Monitoring the stock of supplies for the Building.
• On-call service.

Your profile

• Completed Building Technology CFC training with at least 5 years of experience in a Building department, in a production environment.
• Very good manual skills.
• Autonomous and responsible in tasks.
• Collaboration with internal departments.
• Demonstrate team spirit and appreciate working in an international and multilingual professional environment.
• Possess a driving license and reside near Morat.
• Languages: French and German.
