To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Maintenance/Building Technician.
This position offers varied and interesting work at a production site with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily building-related tasks such as: maintenance of outdoor green spaces / parking lots / roofing. Preparation of meeting rooms. Painting work. Furniture assembly. Repairs: water taps / doors / others.
- Work planning: follow, respect, and enforce.
- Management of keys and security passes.
- Administrative tasks for the Building: Requesting prices and deadlines / Preparing orders / Monitoring deliveries.
- Monitoring the stock of supplies for the Building.
- On-call service.
Your profile
- Completed Building Technology CFC training with at least 5 years of experience in a Building department, in a production environment.
- Very good manual skills.
- Autonomous and responsible in tasks.
- Collaboration with internal departments.
- Demonstrate team spirit and appreciate working in an international and multilingual professional environment.
- Possess a driving license and reside near Morat.
- Languages: French and German.
