We are looking to complement our finishing department in Oensingen with a motivated and proactive Plant / Machine Operator Die-cutting / Gluing Machine m/f/d (100%) Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for setting up including leading/operating the die-cutting machine and the folding and gluing machine in a team of two to three people

Ensuring ongoing production (quality/quantity)
Feedback in our ERP production system
Compliance with our safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Performing minor repairs and cleaning work on the system
Ensuring your share of the smooth operational process
Active participation in KAIZEN tasks such as changeover workshops, shopfloor talks, etc.

Your profile
- Basic technical training - preferably packaging technologist EFZ with specialization in solid board production

Several years of professional experience as a machine operator in a production company, preferably in the packaging industry
Willingness to work both day and two-shift operations and to perform flexible overtime if needed
Willingness to assist in other production departments
Good IT user skills
Good knowledge of German
Forklift license is an advantage
High quality awareness, helpful nature, and team player
Proactive collaboration with upstream and downstream workplaces
Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
