About the Position
At our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor controls and inverter systems. This makes a decisive contribution to making industry, public, and individual transport more energy-efficient, and on the other hand, our technology enables the production and transport of renewable energies from the production site to the consumer.

What You Can Achieve
Processing production lots according to applicable work instructions under cleanroom conditions
Operating and monitoring automated production equipment
Ensuring continuous production quality through in-process controls and adopting the customer perspective
Training and further education of operators in collaboration with the quality technician and senior operators
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection regulations as well as order and cleanliness in production
Your Background
Completed apprenticeship (technical background advantageous) or comparable education
Production experience, ideally in a cleanroom
Manual dexterity, reliability
Good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as IT user skills (basic knowledge of MS Office)
Completed training and initial experience in quality assurance advantageous
Willingness for continuous personal development and training, as well as willingness to work in continuous operation (weekends, late & night shifts)
