Your Profile
- A respectful attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- A qualification in educational services, social pedagogy/social work, curative education, or occupational therapy is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is desirable but not mandatory
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
