In the "Support & Education" department, you are responsible for our 3rd Level Service Desk and our Academy. The Support & Education department is the central link between our customers, partners, and Finnova. All concerns come together here – from simple service questions to critical escalations. You are passionate about...
- leading a customer support team with very heterogeneous tasks and a large internal and external network
- ensuring high-quality support while adhering to SLAs and OLAs for our customers and partners, thereby further increasing our customer satisfaction
- the operation and further development of the supported systems, such as our ticketing tool
- taking ownership of our support processes and continuously improving them
- preparing and conducting customer meetings on service quality and improvement measures
- the personnel management of our Academy (one employee), who holds a specialist management position; together you share responsibility for the course offerings and further develop them
You inspire us...
- your higher education (HF, FH, or university) or comparable experience in a relevant field
- your leadership skills that you have already demonstrated
- your joy of learning and continuous personal development
- your technical experience in the implementation and configuration of software solutions as well as your experience with the implementation and further development of ITIL processes
- keeping a cool head even in hectic and tense situations
- your language skills in German at level C1 and at least B1 in English
