you are the technical expert for our own brand "albert" in the field of building envelope. With your expertise, you support customers, planners, as well as specialist and trade partners and contribute to successfully establishing our solutions in the market. At the same time, you combine technical advice with active sales support and make an important contribution to the company's success.

Our customers are joiners, wood, glass, and metal builders, as well as schools and resellers. Over 300 employees jointly generate a turnover of approximately 180 million Swiss francs. Your task:

• Technical advice and support for customers, planners, as well as specialist and trade partners
• Independent planning and execution of customer visits as well as accompanying our field service (travel activity approx. 60%)
• Support of internal and field service in technical questions and projects in the area of building envelope
• Creation and follow-up of offers in close cooperation with sales management and field service
• Active sales support and co-responsibility for sales and contribution margin targets in the building envelope area
• Planning, development, and execution of technical training, workshops, and specialist events for customers, partners, and employees
• Positioning and further development of our own brand "albert" as a competent solution partner for the building envelope
• Participation in specialist events, industry meetings, and networking events
• Collaboration in the development of application solutions as well as in technical documentation, training materials, and product information in cooperation with product management and marketing

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, roofer EFZ, or comparable manual basic training
• Profound knowledge in the field of building envelope
• Commercial and/or business management further education
• Experience in internal or field service as well as enjoyment of customer contact
• Knowledge in building physics, standards, and technical requirements in wood construction
• High digital affinity as well as very good MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and solutions
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and inspiring people
