Our "Development" division takes care of the heart of Finnova, our core banking software. Part of this division is the "PMS" team, which develops a modern solution for all aspects of portfolio management for our banks. • actively participating in the PMS leadership team to take our PMS solution to the next level
• the professional leadership of a Scrum team according to agile principles and taking responsibility for the product backlog of one of our two PMS Scrum teams (from roadmap implementation to maintenance)
• actively contributing to product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with product management
• customer presentations, product forums, or sounding group meetings with banks
• actively maintaining relationships with our external and internal stakeholders

• with your several years of experience in IT and project management, preferably in product or technology transformations
• through a completed higher education in business, computer science, finance, or several years of professional experience with corresponding further education
• with your solid know-how in investment processes and experience in portfolio management
• with your open and transparent, team-oriented personality
• through your experience with agile methods such as Scrum and your language skills in German at level C1 and at least B1 in English
