Property Manager/Building Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Technical and infrastructural management of a large office complex
• Personal, telephone and written contact with tenants, craftsmen, caretakers and authorities
• Coordination of caretakers
• Awarding contracts to craftsmen, service providers, etc.
• Development of a professional building management
• Participation in projects in the field of facility management
• General commercial tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial and/or technical training with further education in property management, facility management and/or building technology
• Professional experience in a suitable role in the real estate sector including initial experience in property management is mandatory
• Good IT understanding
• Confident in German (spoken and written)
• Initiative, committed and friendly personality
• Enjoyment in direct contact with people
• Strong organisational skills and negotiation ability
• High service orientation
• Good communication skills
• Independent, responsible and precise working style
• Workload: 80-100%
