Certified Nursing Specialist HF with Employment

(Focus: Physically ill people; 2 - 3 years)

Your Tasks

You work in a practical field where you can acquire broad medical and nursing expertise. Under the guidance of qualified nursing specialists, you will increasingly take on the professional and leadership responsibility for the individual care and support of our residents and their relatives. You will learn to plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing process according to your level of training. During the training, you gradually take on responsibility and coordinate the deployment of nursing and therapy in an interdisciplinary team.

Your Profile

Completion of at least a 3-year vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), specialized middle school certificate, or gymnasium maturity certificate
Joy and interest in caring for and supporting elderly people in complex care situations
Motivation, teamwork skills, and a high willingness to learn
Empathy and an open, friendly, and well-groomed appearance
Physical and mental resilience and stability
