The Primary School Guggenbühl in the Oberwinterthur city district comprises around 500 students who are taught in about 25 classes from kindergarten to 6th grade. The school is characterized by a progressive concept and a highly motivated team of teachers. In this varied role as Co-Principal, you will take over the management of the Primary School Guggenbühl together with the two co-principals from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Operational management of the school unit in the organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school credit) together with the existing co-principal
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
- Joint promotion and securing of school and quality development
- Representing the school internally and externally
- Collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals in Winterthur
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with school management experience
- Started or completed school management training
- Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary school level
- Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations
- A flair for organizational and administrative tasks
- Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
