Your tasks – precise, versatile, and never boring

• • You take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument
    
    
  • You ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible – always based on carefully maintained nursing documentation
    
    
  • You identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to further develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented
    
    
  • You support the teams practically with questions about the interRAI LTCF
    
    
  • You conduct internal training and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the use of interRAI LTCF
    
    
  • With your commitment, you ensure that the interRAI assessments are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company’s success
    
    
  • You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators, analyze them with your expertise, and report to the appropriate bodies
    
    
  • You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits

• • You have completed training in nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and ideally have a qualification as an RAI expert
