Your tasks – precise, versatile, and never boring
- You take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument
- You ensure that all codings are correct and comprehensible – always based on carefully maintained nursing documentation
- You identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to further develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented
- You support the teams practically with questions about the interRAI LTCF
- You conduct internal training and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the use of interRAI LTCF
- With your commitment, you ensure that the interRAI assessments are not only professionally sound but also play a key role in our company’s success
- You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators, analyze them with your expertise, and report to the appropriate bodies
- You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits
- You take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument
What you bring – that’s why you fit perfectly with us
- You have completed training in nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and ideally have a qualification as an RAI expert
- You think quality-conscious and economically and want to actively shape the nursing process as well as the company’s success with your expertise
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – even in demanding situations
- You enjoy passing on your knowledge and professionally supporting the teams in training, introductions, and everyday life
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and open to appreciative collaboration at eye level
- You find it easy to work with digital tools
- You have completed training in nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and ideally have a qualification as an RAI expert
