In the course of the new construction of our care center in 2022, a modern cleaning concept was developed and successfully implemented. Now this concept is to be implemented in the hospital as well – from planning to practical introduction. You play a central role in this: you actively accompany the rollout and contribute significantly to its success. In this role, you report directly to the Head of Housekeeping.
This is where you get involved
- Responsibility for the rollout of the new cleaning concept from planning to project completion
- Performance evaluation and interface management
- Optimization of process and workflows as well as standardization
- Calculating and creating specifications, room groups, and cleaning plans in software applications
- Managing all tasks and processes within the project and actively participating in ongoing projects
- Project and quality control
- Creating technical content and conducting training sessions in collaboration with department heads
You
- (Technical) university degree in Facility Management and professional experience in Hospitality Management
- Experience in the cleaning industry is required and preferably in healthcare
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to operate at different levels within Limmi
- Structured working style as well as good organizational and planning skills
- Profitable personality with high social competence
- Excellent communication skills across various hierarchical levels as well as a healthy assertiveness
- Enjoy being a service provider with joy and humor
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CAFM software as well as confident German language skills in speaking and writing
