Mission:

• Ensure data quality, as well as alignment between business needs and IT solutions (mainly CRM and DYN365), through reporting and process monitoring;
• Be a driving force for process and tool improvements within Celsius Management, as well as represent the Management's interests at the Group level;
• Guarantee best practices in data management and be a change driver to digitize processes and documents;
• Be the point of contact for various requests and changes to be made, then liaise with IT services;
• Ensure the training of unit teams and support them in the analysis and use of tools;
• Ensure consistency between strategy and operations related to the sales process from defining the vision to implementing the IT solution according to "best practices" methods.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or business management, or equivalent training;
• More than 3 years of project management experience in CRM solutions;
• Very good knowledge of sales processes and strong commitment with sales teams;
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, certification for MS D365 Customer Engagement software is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of PowerBI and reporting construction;
• Leadership spirit with strong analytical skills and strong customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, and training abilities.
