Thanks to efficient and innovative solutions, the Celsius Management is specialized in the production, supply, and distribution of renewable heat and natural gas; the company currently operates about fifty district heating networks.
Mission:
- Ensure data quality, as well as alignment between business needs and IT solutions (mainly CRM and DYN365), through reporting and process monitoring;
- Be a driving force for process and tool improvements within Celsius Management, as well as represent the Management's interests at the Group level;
- Guarantee best practices in data management and be a change driver to digitize processes and documents;
- Be the point of contact for various requests and changes to be made, then liaise with IT services;
- Ensure the training of unit teams and support them in the analysis and use of tools;
- Ensure consistency between strategy and operations related to the sales process from defining the vision to implementing the IT solution according to "best practices" methods.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or business management, or equivalent training;
- More than 3 years of project management experience in CRM solutions;
- Very good knowledge of sales processes and strong commitment with sales teams;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, certification for MS D365 Customer Engagement software is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of PowerBI and reporting construction;
- Leadership spirit with strong analytical skills and strong customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, and training abilities.
