Starting from September 2024, we are opening the doors to a new sushi take away directly at Zurich Main Station and are looking for an enthusiastic sushi chef to join us starting July 1, 2024, or by agreement, to share this culinary adventure with us.

To complement our new team, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us starting July 1, 2024, or by agreement
Your Tasks
- Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
- Produce Sushi Rolls
- Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
- General cleaning work
- Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
- Good command of English and intermediate German
- Clean, efficient and precise way of working
