Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) 100%
The Zürcher Ziegeleien offer ceramic solutions for the entire building envelope. For over 150 years, we have made living more natural and building easier with our clay building materials. From a simple raw material, we develop sophisticated systems for roof, wall, and facade. Since 2020, we have been part of the swisspor Group.
To strengthen our customer service team at our location in Laufen BL, we are looking for a motivated, reliable Customer Service Clerk.
Your Tasks
- Ensure telephone and written customer support, including co-responsibility for the best possible availability of the ZZ customer service
- Processing orders from A for offer to Z for additional sales
- Small installation projects according to NIN/NIV
- Ensure smooth processing of our customer orders, including coordination with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Act as a hub between customers, field service, warehouse, purchasing, and production
- Support our sales team
- Handle customer complaints
- Conduct simple technical consultations by phone
- Maintain customer data as well as administrative tasks
You Bring
- Completed basic training
- Several years of experience in customer service and/or internal sales is a great advantage
- Enjoy lively and busy telephone customer contact
- Interest in building products
- Responsible, goal- and solution-oriented "doer personality"
- Open, honest team player with a lot of perseverance and the passion to provide added value for customers and the team
- Good PC skills, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. French and Italian skills are a plus
