Your tasks
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive environments to identify innovative approaches and growth opportunities
- Develop forward-looking target images for the corporate client business – from direct banking to branch support
- Implement strategic directions and actively shape the transformation
- Contribute to product development and coordinate interfaces between product, channel, sales management, and sales
- Develop and optimize target group-specific offers and processes to strengthen competitiveness in the corporate client segment
- Support the continuous optimization of resource use to increase sales performance, penetration rates, and systematic customer development through efficient organizational structures and processes
- Take responsibility in cross-departmental projects and drive strategic initiatives
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or an equivalent qualification
- Deep expertise and many years of experience in the corporate client business, preferably in a universal bank
- Proven competence in developing and implementing strategies as well as solid experience in project management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex challenges
- Comprehensive know-how in payment transactions, financing, investment products, and pension solutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to act effectively as a central interface between different departments
- High assertiveness and negotiation skills, even in demanding project situations
- Broad network within the financial industry and ideally in the relevant customer segments
