• Co-responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Design of relationship and communication processes with residents including their relatives
• Interprofessional collaboration with the nursing team, therapy staff, and medical service
• Continuous expansion of professional knowledge

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (preferably health specialist EFZ) or completed specialized maturity / federal maturity
• Enthusiasm for long-term care
• Strong sense of responsibility and good comprehension and observation skills
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a team

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
