- Completed vocational training or degree, preferably in recruiting.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in finance.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and good intuition.

Main tasks
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process – from vacancy recording to contract conclusion
- Advising and supporting managers and applicants with a focus on a strong candidate experience
- Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements on appropriate channels
- Organizing and conducting interviews – virtually and on-site
- Active approach to talents and further development of the applicant pool
- Participation in projects to further develop recruiting and onboarding processes
Profile
- Completed vocational training and/or studies (HF/FH), ideally with recruiting further education
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment – preferably with commercial and academic profiles
- Ideally knowledge of the financial industry
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a good sense for people
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- German at C2 level, French at least B2; additional language skills are a plus
