About the job
The Castel Notre-Dame Foundation is a medico-social institution housing 104 residents and firmly applying support based on human values.
Your mission:
- Plan and provide quality care in the field of geriatrics and psychogeriatrics and keep care records up to date.
- Perform delegated medical acts.
- Participate in their support in collaboration with all services and staff in the spirit of the institution's philosophy and Montessori principles for seniors.
- Listen, support, care for residents during their stay and accompany them with dignity in crisis and end-of-life situations.
Your profile:
- CFC ASSC.
- Experience in geriatric and/or psycho-geriatric environment.
- Dynamic, autonomous, able to work in a team.
- Initiative and synthesis skills.
- Proven sensitivity to relational aspects.
- Comfortable with computer tools.
