Reference: CLS/RH/2025.685 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

As a nurse in the Pool, you will provide support in the medicine and surgery units according to the needs of the facility. You bring your expertise with adaptability and commitment.

What will you be doing?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, adhering to current protocols
• Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the computerized patient file
• Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene, ensuring continuity of care with professionalism

Who will you work with?

The essentials:

• Nursing diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptability, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organization, and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
