LOGISTICS MANAGER
WAREHOUSEMAN, 100%
Your Mission:
Independently carry out, according to the general Logistics schedule and customer needs, the warehouse activities while ensuring product integrity in compliance with current procedures and rules.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and check the integrity of goods.
- Ensure stock management and appropriate storage according to the nature of each product (temperature, hazard class, etc.).
- Perform periodic inventory and adjustments as needed.
- Prepare, package, and document shipments.
- Prepare internal orders, organize and carry out deliveries on site.
- Ensure product sampling according to the instructions of the responsible department.
- Guarantee complete documentation and traceability both digitally and on paper for all receipt, storage, delivery, and shipment activities.
- Document and handle any identified deviations as well as any first-level issues occurring in the warehouse by providing solutions.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for the operation of the logistics warehouse at all levels (flow organization, IT management, item management, quantities and stock placement, storage area organization, etc.) and participate in their implementation.
Your Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Logistician or equivalent training.
- Several years of similar prior experience in an industrial environment (preferably pharmaceutical or chemical subject to GMP standards) with proficient use of specific software (storage) and an ERP (logistics module).
- Very good command of common IT tools (especially Excel).
- Good knowledge of chemical product management (storage, toxicity).
- Forklift license recognized by SUVA.
- Customer-oriented with a team spirit, ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external contacts (clients / suppliers / carriers).
- Organizational skills, autonomy in work, precise and rigorous.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
