Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the carrier and transport service area
- Management and optimization of daily transport orders
- Execution of patient transports (m/f/d)
- Creation and monitoring of personnel deployment planning
- Close coordination and communication with nursing stations and functional areas
- Support of nursing on the ward
- Assistance in improving operational processes
- Working with laboratory devices
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a hospital or clinical facility, preferably directly in patient transport or a related logistics area
- Sound knowledge of hospital structures and clinical processes
- Ability to motivate and a cooperative, appreciative leadership style
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills even under time pressure
