With the modernization program SZU_4.0, we are on the way to becoming the most modern S-Bahn in Switzerland. This is your chance as a program manager «ERTMS» to significantly shape the future with your drive, passion, and strategic foresight.

In this key role, you are a member of the leadership team of the digital transformation. Together with your interdisciplinary team in the program, you are responsible for implementing ERTMS on the SZU network. This includes the renewal of railway technology (ETCS with driver cab signaling), train communication (FRMCS), necessary upgrades of vehicles, and all subsystems. The interdisciplinary program includes not only all technological aspects but also topics from the area of Human & Organisational Factors.

In this role, you represent your program topics as a strong-willed personality on behalf of the client in the program as well as in numerous ongoing other projects and the industry. You drive the digital transformation and the technological advancement of SZU significantly forward.

You have pronounced methodological skills, many years of management experience, and solid knowledge of railway technologies. You are strong in concept and implementation, keeping an overview even in dynamic, demanding phases. As a role model, you develop convincing solutions and live the SZU value understanding authentically and with conviction.
