Excitement - Your Activity
- First point of contact for telephone and written order acceptance (customers, workshop, logistics partners)
- Scheduling of workshop and transport orders (appointment scheduling, resource planning, prioritization)
- Scheduling of vehicles and special equipment (e.g. lifts, forklifts, trailers, etc.)
- Master data maintenance (vehicles and items) in ERP/Abacus
- General administrative tasks in transport logistics (quotes/orders, delivery notes, filing, etc.)
- Support in internal projects in the area of logistics process management
Energy - Your Skills
- Training in the automotive or transport industry with further education, e.g. as a technical clerk or professionals with several years of experience in scheduling, transport, automotive or workshop logistics
- Reliable organizational talent
- Can-do attitude with independent, entrepreneurial working style
- Innovative, solution-oriented and communicative with enjoyment in dealing with internal and external partners
- Good user knowledge of ERP and MS Office programs
