Chef de Rang

For a brasserie in the heart of the city of Bern, we are looking for a Chef de Rang to start immediately or by arrangement

What is expected from you:

You will experience everything from setting up, internal training to (mostly) saying goodbye to happy guests. The usual service madness. 
You will receive professional training regarding the concept, products, and teamwork. You are an important part of the team, and together you are responsible for all the thousand things it takes to create an unforgettable guest experience.

-You warmly welcome guests with natural presence

-You independently manage your own service station

-You competently advise guests on food, wines, and drinks

-You work closely with the kitchen and team – clearly, efficiently, and solution-oriented

-You contribute with your appearance to the overall image of the brasserie

Your professional profile is:- Experience in à la carte service - Good expertise - Good German skills / English (of course!) are an advantage. 
Efficient, professional working style with attention to detail.
Self-responsibility and team player - Interest in current events and courage to take new paths.
