Machining Manager (M/F)
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize machining programs (turning, milling, etc.)
- Monitor indicators, problem-solving, continuous production improvement by applying mainly Lean Manufacturing tools
- Industrialize, technical development, and document follow-up of new parts
- Follow R&D projects
- Advise and provide technical support to workshop managers and teams
- Holder of a CFC as a polymechanic or equivalent training
- Proven experience in watchmaking turning of at least 5 years (Tornos Deco/EvoDeco 10,
- Mastery of ISO programming on TB-DECO and GibbsCam
- Excellent ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Excellent technical knowledge in machining, cutting tools, and watchmaking manufacturing methods
- Experienced turner with a strong interest in other machining methods (milling, wire cutting, etc.)
- You appreciate collaborative work and have a real team spirit
- Comfortable with modern digital tools
- Recognized for your meticulousness and rigor, you are also dynamic, flexible, and versatile
- You possess excellent technical sense, strong analytical skills, and know the dimensional and aesthetic requirements of watchmaking
