Completely redesigned and soon to be repositioned in the Luxury segment, the establishment will offer a premium experience blending contemporary elegance, authenticity, and Provençal art of living.
We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Housekeeper, capable of supporting the Housekeeper in supervising the floor teams, ensuring the quality and cleanliness of rooms and common areas, and contributing to providing an impeccable and warm customer experience. Position to be filled on a permanent contract immediately.
Your mission
You assist the General Housekeeper in the administrative and operational management of the floor service (laundry, rooms, common areas). You support the cleaning staff (organization, coordination, control, training) and supervise stock management, being responsible for the service animation (briefing, recruitment) with the General Housekeeper.

- - Inspect rooms, perform opening and evening service, ensure cleanliness of common areas

- - Modify schedules

- - Be a unifying force and participate in maintaining social peace
- - Be attentive and ensure follow-up with Clients as well as the team
- - Respect brand standards and procedures
- - Manage stocks (linen, various supplies)
- - Control the return of passes at employee departure
- - Control the implementation of brand standards
- - Raise team awareness of environmental charter compliance within the CSR framework
- - Monitor daily tasks of the entire service

Your experience and qualifications
- · Excellent presentation
- · Proficiency in English
- · At least one year of experience desired in the role, preferably in the luxury or high-end sector
- · Leadership, dynamism, service mindset, exemplary behavior, attention to detail, team spirit
- · Ability to handle customer complaints and employee requests
- · Mastery of brand standards in the luxury division
- · Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- · Ability to train team members and develop their skills
- · Ability to work effectively in a team
- · Sense of initiative and anticipation
- · Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of OPERA software

- Gross monthly salary starting from 2300 euros per month depending on experience
