The Salome Brunner Foundation is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with speech development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the Canton of Bern. The Speech Therapy School Biel-Seeland is a special public school for children with a complex speech development disorder. The children are accompanied and supported in their development by specially qualified professionals. Small classes allow for addressing the individual needs of the students. Tasks

You teach according to LP21, together with other teachers in the class. The class consists of 10 children between 9 and 12 years old. All children are affected by complex speech acquisition disorders.

Requirements

- Completed studies in school special education or a teaching diploma, preferably with teaching experience in the special education field. - Enjoy working with children and adolescents with special needs in the areas of language, communication, behavior, and learning. - Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, shaping, and support. - Open, team-oriented, and flexible
