Tasks

- Support nurses during night shifts across various wards.
- Advise and assist patients during admissions and crises.
Skills
- Health professional certification (EFZ) and experience with mental health patients.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility and social competence.

Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation, and in the medical-technical field and their documentation
- Supporting the night shifts of the individual wards
- Advising, accompanying, and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations, and/or in cases of insomnia
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediation and/or reception of these
- Independently completing administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of night work and willingness to provide support
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
