About the job
You play a central role in contract management and risk control on our construction projects. Reporting directly to the Operational Management, you work closely with the Project Management Office, department heads, project managers, finance, and legal teams to secure contractual performance and support teams in managing operational projects.
Contract management & risk control
- Analyze contracts (SIA, FIDIC, etc.) and identify risks, obligations, and levers
- Implement proactive risk management in collaboration with project teams
- Work closely with the PMO and Operational Management to integrate the contractual dimension into project governance and management methodology
Claims & negotiations
- Monitor, document, and defend claims (delays, costs, scope)
- Lead the analysis and response formulation processes for claims.
- Support managers and project leaders in preparation and negotiation strategy
- Participate directly in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, or other contractual partners
Legal excellence & dispute prevention
- Advise teams to avoid critical situations
- Promote good contractual practices
- Legal monitoring on construction and Swiss markets (public/private)
- Work with the legal department in case of disputes, procedures, or arbitration
- A higher education degree in law, engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in a similar role in construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
- Very good knowledge of construction contracts in Switzerland (SIA, FIDIC, local standards).
- Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills as well as strong negotiation abilities.
- Strong solution orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, and proven ability to manage complex and multi-stakeholder situations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and very good knowledge of English or German
- Workplace is Satigny (GE) or Bussigny (VD)
