For our restaurant at the rest stop in Pieterlen, we are looking for an assistant cook with several years of professional experience who will fully start with us! Fresh food and your own ideas are at the center. Start immediately or by arrangement.

Your profile:

• Used to working independently and a team player
• Service-oriented and resilient
• Helpful, positive, and hands-on
• You have several years of professional experience in the kitchen
• You learn quickly, are creative, and bring new ideas
• Shift work, including weekends/holidays
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (any additional language is a plus)

Your tasks:

• Preparing the mise-en-place for the hot and cold kitchen
• Preparing dishes according to recipes
• Assisting in implementing new ideas
• Daily cleaning tasks (HACCP)
• Compliance with operational and food law requirements as well as occupational safety rules (KOPAS)
