Your Mission
- You are the responsible host in the a la carte establishments Bar and Seeterasse
- You take responsibility for coaching and training employees in daily business
- You increase efficiency by ensuring a structured workflow
- You cover for the Sous Chef Banquet
- You participate in morning meetings and relevant management meetings in the absence of the supervisor
- You conduct daily control rounds to ensure standards
- You are co-responsible for cost-conscious purchasing and can carry it out within the guidelines
- You work closely with the head chef and influence the seasonal, innovative, and guest-oriented offer design
- You take over the daily hour control in the absence of the head chef, as well as the duty roster design considering cross-departmental synergies
Your Skills
- You have an interest in gastronomy and hospitality
- You have completed training as a cook and have experience in banquet kitchen
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position or many years of experience as Chef de Partie in the same establishment
- You have high resilience and are flexible
- You can think and act entrepreneurially
- You have good self-management, leadership skills, and an organizational flair
