Your Main Tasks
- You will be part of a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team with an established skill grade mix, capable of top performance due to its positive team culture
- You are a member of the extended nursing management, leading and developing a team of about 15 employees together with the co-group leadership. You actively participate in shared governance and engage in internal projects
- As part of the management team, you shape the culture of our department and the Institute for Intensive Care Medicine
- You have a postgraduate degree in intensive care nursing and at least one year of professional experience in an ICU at an acute hospital
- You are willing to further develop your leadership skills through continuing education
- We build on strengths and rely on a cooperative leadership approach
