Your Tasks

As Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:

• Requirements analysis & software development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
• Design & development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with corporate goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and business partners to clarify, refine, and improve requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge exchange within and across team boundaries.
• Technical expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and develop together with a diverse group of leaders.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field; relevant technical certifications are an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in the design and operation of containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
• Experience in managing the development cycle, especially with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
• Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
