■ Your task is the conceptual preparation and implementation of SAP HXM consulting projects in the areas of HCM Core and SuccessFactors

■ You analyze and design efficient processes in SAP HCM/HXM and are responsible for the technical implementation

■ With your expertise in SAP HCM, combined with SuccessFactors know-how, you quickly take on project and application responsibility

■ Your commitment is required in independently conducting training sessions for customers and prospects

■ You develop existing customer relationships and build new ones

■ Ideally, you have know-how in leading and organizing (partial) projects

■ In addition to strong communication skills in German and English, you also demonstrate high social competence

■ You think economically and customer-oriented
