The Agile Transformation Lead focuses on coordinating, driving, and optimising the change at each agile pilot. The role supports the Agile Coaches and Master’s with expertise and methods. The following tasks are in the core of the role:
Developing the agile mindset and capabilities of the organization (training, coaching, challenge on agile principles), setting up agile structures and roles, and driving the business performance impact of the agile program.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Co-create the deployment strategy and roadmap towards self-sustaining organization.
  • Challenge the change curve and support in the change story and challenge progress regularly with your stakeholders.
  • Support the organization in founding and then leading the local Agile Center of Excellence.
  • Develop agile capability plan for key roles, leaders, and teams.
  • Creating an environment for teams and individuals to be able to continuously improve the agile ways of working.
  • Support the acceleration of the program by connecting teams in sharing good practices.
  • Share and inform the team about transformation progress, bottlenecks and help requests.
  • Capable of taking over various larger scale projects as a project leader & change leader.
  • Managing an interdisciplinary team with different stakeholders.
  • Aligning VATs Agile Journey with other strategic initiatives and programs.

YOUR COMPETENCES:

  • 5+ years’ experience in (Agile) Organizational Transformation projects.
  • Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of / experience in the most common Change Management theories and practices
  • Proven record of accomplishment of teaching, coaching and/or mentoring
  • Having a growth and agile mindset.
  • Vast know-how about agile values and principles as well as methodologies.
  • Experience in larger scale change preferably in hardware industry.
  • Profound experience by managing project teams.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus
