Your Tasks
- Ensuring key and batch management as well as all other access media
- Operational support of the kitchen, cafeteria, cleaning, laundry and hospitality teams as needed
- Personnel housing management including handover and acceptance of apartments in consultation with the cleaning group management or hospitality management
- Banquet sales, organization and execution of events
- Continuous quality improvement and further development of processes in the hospitality department
Your Profile
- Completed training as a system catering specialist or hospitality-housekeeping specialist EFZ or facility maintenance specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Practical/professional experience in a comparable position
- Resilience and independent, organized and structured way of working
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Strong service orientation and willingness to perform
- Confident handling of all MS Office applications
- Flawless written and spoken German skills
- The regular working hours are planned from Monday to Friday, each between 08:00 and 11:30. Depending on the need, shifts in the evenings, weekends and public holidays may also occur.
